Course Description and Objectives:

The objective of this course is for the student to leave with a good understanding of business and production practices in an ornamental nursery operation. This course will cover production principles and practices and strategies for wholesale and retail marketing of nursery crops. The laboratory will concentrate on the development of skills associated with the production and marketing of nursery crops.
